Gamefly is a great idea, poorly executed. While some week-long shipping delays may have ended when they opened new shipping centers, you will still find yourself unimpressed with turnaround time. Worse by far is the availability. Games which are listed

First, the turnaround times for game shipping are terrible. It has never taken me less than a week to get a game and it frequently takes them several days once they've received your game to send you a new one. If you simply shipped the game back

Do not believe this review. Gamefly is full of problems not mentioned here: poor customer service with limited availability and long reply times; misleading availability labels, such as "Available Now" which surprisingly doesn't mean the game is actually available now, and even games listed as "High" availability ship less than half the time despite the claim of 75% chance or better; and slow turnaround times which are not helped by the lack of penetration on their so-called "Fast Return" service. Their explanation for this is that some of the "available" games just aren't available at your shipping center, but there is no way for a customer to see which is available where, so you are essentially left in the dark. I find myself getting the 12th game on my queue as often as I get one from the top 3. If you get Gamefly, prepare to be disappointed early and often.
