  By joining IOGC.net, you will save! We estimate the average member will save over 60% off the typical video rental strore. There are NO LATE FEES and NO DUE DATES. In addition, you can save time by selecting your games online and involve the whole family. Total convenience! no hassles!

• How long can I keep a video game?

  You can keep a video game for as long as you want without late fees, or any other penalties as long as you are a member!

• If I really liked a game I rented, can I buy it?

  As a member of IOGC.net you get a special member price, this price will be anywhere from 5% to 15% below the national recomended retail price. This special pricing applies to games that you currently have in your possesion. If you wish to buy a game in your possesion at this member rate, look at your game list and click on the buy my copy link. The item will then be added to your shopping cart.

• How do I cancel my membership?

  You can cancel your membership at anytime by visiting the Contact Us page and asking us to cancel your membership. Please note that your account can NOT be fully cancelled if you have any Games checked out.

• Are your Games sent by first class mail?

  All our Games are sent by first class mail. If you're returning our Games at your local post office, you may return Games sent in our mailers through the metered mail slot, if available.

• How long will it take to get my games?

  When you have an open rental slot, we make every effort to ship your video game as soon as inventory is available. Games usually arrive within 2 to 4 days, but occasionaly some games may take longer than 4 days to arrive because of weekend, holidays and postal delays.

  Orders received on Sundays and Holidays are processed the following business day.
